Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on June 14, 2022 found that Complete Homecare, Inc. had corrected the deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart A. Chapter 51. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on April 27, 2022.
